Service Description
These classes are open-level and have a mix of beginner and intermediate choreography with challenge moves each week. Music, styles, choreography change each week so we can experiment and try different things! These classes are the best place to build your foundation and comfort with movement but are also suited for continuing students/performers looking to build and refine their skills, or just anyone looking for a fun and different kind of workout. WHEN: Mondays 6-7:30pm COST: £12 for 90 minutes WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes you don't mind sweating in, tights or long socks, knee pads, water
