**PLEASE NOTE**: Despite what Wix says, all bookings must be paid online at the time of booking to secure your space. Payment over the phone or in person is not possible and due to frequent non-payments recently, unpaid bookings will be cancelled. These classes are open-level and have a mix of beginner and intermediate choreography with challenge moves each week. Music, styles, choreography change each week so we can experiment and try different things! These classes are the best place to build your foundation and comfort with movement but are also suited for continuing students/performers looking to build and refine their skills, or just anyone looking for a fun and different kind of workout!
